(03/2016) The new Wave Lady by EBEL tells a winter’s tale of cold and warmth, clear skies and grey clouds. These contrasts are reflected in the choice of materials and colours for the Wave Lady 35 mm.
Cold is embodied in the satin-brushed steel composing the case and its bracelet, while warmth is expressed through the 18K red gold accents accentuating the shape of the watch. This radiant metal adorns the bracelet – interspersed between the links, it accentuates their undulating motif, the model’s signature and namesake – and above all the bezel.
The latter features another striking contrast created by its glittering array of 72 diamonds. Their cold light echoes that of the white dial, enhanced with gold hour-markers and 8 sparkling diamonds. Others may opt for the cool galvanic grey dial version, also set with diamonds.
