The Montblanc Star Steel Lady Jewellery makes timekeeping a sensuous experience. The bezel is adorned with 49 diamonds totalling 0.8 carat, 7 diamonds mark the hours and the small chronograph faces are also edged with diamonds. A stainless steel casing with bombé sapphire glass with anti-reflex coating encloses the mother-of-pearl face. The alligator strap in pink, grey or violet with a rhodium-plated buckle is colour-coordinated with the face in rosé, white or delicate violet.
An exciting contrast to the feminine design is the high functionality of this chronograph, water-resistant to a depth of 30 m, which is crafted at Montblanc Montre SA in Le Locle, Switzerland, according to the high standards of traditional watch making: hour, minute, second and date display plus a stopwatch function with hands for tenths of seconds, 60 seconds and 30 minutes. The Montblanc star decorates the classic stainless steel crown inlaid in mother-of-pearl and is subtly engraved on the buckle.
The family of "Star Steel" models also encompasses a "Réserve de Marche" with power reserve indicator, a "dual time" displaying two time zones and various chronographs, large and medium versions – with automatic or quartz movement depending on the model. The face can be selected according to personal style in black or silver with a grained or embossed calfskin strap in a wide variety of colours, with straps made of ostrich or alligator leather or a metal bracelet with a triple folding clasp. Alongside the "Star Steel" series, the Montblanc Star Collection also includes the series "Star Gold", "Star Gilt", "Star Platinum" and "Star Carbon".
