In 2010, the relationship between Jaeger-LeCoultre and the equestrian world is stronger than ever. For the next three seasons, Jaeger-LeCoultre is the official partner and time-keeper of the “Global Champions Tour” (GCT), the lead show-jumping competition that unites the best riders in the world.
Jaeger-LeCoultre has always nurtured close ties with the world of horse-riding, particularly with polo thanks to the iconic Reverso, which was designed for polo players in 1931. Today, this historical link is expressed through partnerships with the best professional polo players in the world: Adolfo Cambiaso, Eduardo Novillo Astrada, Lia Salvo and Clare Milford Haven, and by a lead presence at the world’s most authentic polo tournaments and riding competitions.
FThe 2010 season, which promises excellent sporting and social encounters, Jaeger-LeCoultre will be present at the top competitions including: the “German Jumping and Dressage Derby” in Hamburg (Germany), from 13-16 May 2010, the “Cannes Jaeger-LeCoultre Jumping” event in Cannes (France) from 10-12 June 2010 and the “International Concours Valkenswaard” competition (Netherlands) from 13-15 August 2010.
