(03/2014) The Swatch Group Ltd and ADVA Optical Networking SE today announced that ADVA Optical Networking SE has acquired all shares of Oscilloquartz Ltd., based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in early April 2014. Further terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
(03/2014) To meet its need for growth and continue the verticalisation of its production, Hublot is today starting the construction of a second large building which will more than double the surface area of its manufacture in Nyon. The first sod was turned today by Jean-Claude Biver, Chairman of Hublot and President of the LVMH Group's Watch Division, and Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot.
