The DS Podium's 38mm size makes it a decidedly versatile timepiece for any occasion. Behind the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflection coating, the bright white dial is equipped with contrasting black Roman numerals and delicately rounded black hour and minute hands enhanced with white Superluminova treatment for highest night-time visibility, and a fine, plain black central second hand. The central dial area is handsomely finished with a gorgeous sunray pattern that draws the eye into the design, with a perfectly positioned date window at 6 o'clock, for maximum legibility and balance. Individual round dots, also treated with Superluminova to mark the hours, sit on a raised rim around the dial, for an enticing visual effect. This new CERTINA is of course equipped with the DS Concept, marked by the presence of the letters DS on the tip of its crown, and water-resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (100m).
