Longines Grand Prix der Schweiz in St. GallenHans-Dieter Dreher is the winner!
After a breathtaking competition, the German rider Hans-Dieter Dreher won the “Longines Grand Prix der Schweiz” in St. Gallen with Cool and Easy. The „Longines Trophy“, awarded to the most successful rider of the event, went to Paul Estermann from Switzerland.
Longines celebrated its 15th year of partnership with the Longines CSIO Schweiz St.Gallen and supported the event as title partner and official timekeeper. The brand presented in St. Gallen the watch collection Longines DolceVita.
It was one of the highlights of this year’s Longines CSIO Schweiz St. Gallen, marked by the celebration of the 15-year partnership between the watch brand and the event: The prestigious „Longines Grand Prix der Schweiz“ was won by German rider Hans-Dieter Dreher and his gelding Cool an Easy. He was followed by Lucy Davis (USA) with Barron on the second and Janika Sprunger from Switzerland with Bonne Chance on the third place. The winner received an elegant Longines watch from the brand’s Vice-President Charles Villoz.
Swiss rider Paul Estermann won the Longines Trophy, awarded to the best rider of the whole event, and was also honoured with a Longines watch.
To fittingly celebrate the 15-year partnership between Longines and the Longines CSIO Schweiz St. Gallen, the company expanded its charity support for JustWorld International. The brand handed over a cheque for 15’000 meals to Jessica Newman, founder and President of JustWorld International, for the benefit of her foundation.
The Official Watch of this year’s Longines CSIO Schweiz St. Gallen was a model of the Longines DolceVita collection. Since its creation, this line has been illustrating the contemporary elegance of Longines worldwide.
