Tour BritanniaFORTIS creates limited Edition Timepiece
In celebration of its sponsorship of the prestigious historic car race, Tour Britannia, watch brand FORTIS has created a limited edition of 50 ‘Tour Britannia' time pieces. The race, which took place between 7th - 9th September, started in Cheshire, before moving on to the roads of North Wales and the new race track at Anglesey, before heading back to Leicestershire for the finish.
Yorkshireman Shaun Lockyear from Skipton and his partner Ian Reed were the winners of the competition category in their Porsche 911, of which past winners include legendary racing drivers like James Hunt and Rodger Clark. The limited edition FORTIS Flieger Automatic features the Tour Britannia Union Flag logo on the face, a stainless steel case with a diameter of 40 mm and black leather strap with red stitching. The date function has Arabic style numbers and the watch is up to 200m / 20 bar water resistant.
