Europes toughest off-road rallye to Breslau starts again in Dresden FORTIS Off-Road Racing was eliminated

For motor sportsmen and friends from all over Europe, Dresden was the capital for off-road sports this summer. For the 3rd time, the Rallye Breslau started on the „Augustusbrücke" in Dresden to its 15th tour. It is the biggest off-road and 4-wheels motorsports event for professionals and amateurs in Europe, and people talk about it as the "ultimate big adventure".

New sales concept: opening of the first LANGE HOME OF TIME in Dresden

With a new sales concept, the traditional watch brand A. Lange & Söhne creates a new world of experience outside its manufactory. The first of these exclusive new stores was inaugurated by CEO Fabian Krone on 8 September 2007 at Töpferstrasse 8 in Dresden. Here, a World of Lange on a smaller scale has been created, a special place where time has a home and where visitors are invited to encounter the history and philosophy of A. Lange & Söhne.

Dresden State Art Collections A. Lange & Söhne to sponsor the Historic Green Vault

As sponsor of the Dresden State Art Collections, the Saxon watchmaker Lange will support the world-renowned museums of this city, among them the "Historic Green Vault" reopened on 1 September by Chancellor Angela Merkel, the “Old Masters Picture Gallery” in the Semper Building and the “Mathematisch-Physikalischer Salon”, which also houses historic pocket watches from “A. Lange & Söhne”.
