Developed over a period of four yearsPreview BASELWORLD 2014: Zeitwinkel presents its authentic in-house calibers
Zeitwinkel, the independent watch manufacturer from the Swiss Jura Mountains, focuses on its in-house manufacture calibers during Baselworld 2014. The two calibers were developed over a period of four years and can only be found in their own watches.
Zeitwinkel benefits from the general trend towards authentic watches:
- The manufacture in-house movements with their plates and bridges made from German silver have a power
reserve of 72 hours; the caliber ZW0103 features a unique and patented big date display.
- Zeitwinkel timepieces stand out through their classic yet recognizable design and very elaborately crafted
watch cases.
- All timepieces and movements are assembled mostly by hand in the Swiss Jura Mountains.
- All components used are manufactured in the Jura region.
Zeitwinkel has carefully developed its two watch series “Classic” with a diameter of 42.5mm and “Midsize” with a diameter of 39mm. As in previous years, the independent brand will present new products at Baselworld, although without “limited” special editions or radically changing its key models.
Because of the continuous presence of the Zeitwinkel founders at the trade show, a visit to the Zeitwinkel booth in the “Palace” of Baselworld has become a ritual for many specialist visitors and watch enthusiasts alike. Peter Nikolaus and Ivica “Maks” Maksimovic will answer all questions and gladly enter into discussions about the brand. Ivica Maksimovic: “We look forward to meeting with our concessionaires from around the world and also to discussions with enthusiasts. In recent years, I have made many new friends among them as well as among our co-exhibitors.”
The leading international fair Baselworld 2014 will take place from March 27th until April 3rd. Zeitwinkel will be located at booth P20/P22 in the “Palace” 0.F.
