The 2010 edition of Le Mans 24 Hours thrilled both motor sports enthusiasts and fine watchmaking devotees. As expected, the diesel-powered cars enjoyed a margin of superiority, but Aston Martin Racing fulfilled its mission of being the first LMP1 petrol car home.
As the Official Timekeeping Partner of Aston Martin Racing, Jaeger-LeCoultre was delighted to be present with the trackside editions of the latest ceramics-titanium AMVOX5 World Chronograph issued in 100-piece limited editions and an additional 24-piece series only available at the Boutiques. Inspired by the realm of performance of the meteoric Aston Martin Racing cars, these timepieces feature carbon fibre chronographic counters, and a flash of orange on the world time disc, the second hand and the overstitching on the leather strap.
