New watch brand Louis GeorgeLuxury watches engraved by master engravers
At present, the smallest handcrafted engraving of a Prussian eagle is on the movement of a wristwatch. The engraving is no bigger than a match head and belongs to the fine art of German engraving. A master engraver needs several days to finish a movement by Louis George. Starting in autumn 2009, the luxury watches from the royal watchmaker in Berlin Louis George will be offered to the financially strong buyers again. For the time being, the models will only be available at select dealers in Berlin.
Only select ingredients are used for the new Louis George Réf. 8945: gold, enamel, flawless diamond, Swiss movements, handcrafted engravings by master engravers, alligator leather for the strap, German real wood for the casket. And another superlative: The watch has the biggest handcrafted dial of Swiss fire enamel at present. Golden hands, massive gold crowns, fire enamel and 44 millimetres diameter make the Louis George watches truly exceptional timepieces.
