The Victorinox group has announced the regrouping of its watchmaking activities with Wenger, effective from 1st October this year, as well as the appointment of Alexandre Bennouna, aged 47, to the post of CEO of Wenger and Victorinox Swiss Army. The aim of this merger is to optimise the strategy of the two brands on markets, and to go further in meeting customer expectations.
