Gábor Talmácsi: watches as farewell gifts
In Budapest, the professional motorcycle racer and former 125cc World Champion Gábor Talmácsi threw a year-end party which was also his farewell party to thank his friends, sponsors and his team. For the next season, Talmácsi has signed a contract with Aspar to ride in the 250cc team. As a special gesture for Christmas, all his team members received a watch from Talmácsi’s own collection.
With his former Bancaja Aspar team, Talmacsi, called "Talma" won the 2007 motorcycle racing 125cc World Champion on an Aprilia. He has a younger brother, Gergo, who is also a motorcycle racer.
