Zeitwinkel, the independent watch manufacturer from the Swiss Jura Mountains has always sought direct contact with customers in important export markets and has thus been able to show significant growth already for 2014.
After entering the United States of America several years ago, Zeitwinkel will expand its market presence in the summer of 2014 and plans to open a dedicated service center in Colorado. By performing repairs and scheduled maintenances in the US, Zeitwinkel will be able to give the best possible service to authorized concessionaires and end customers alike. Customers from Chinese speaking markets are served directly from Hong Kong since 2013. In addition to the authorized concessionaires in the region, Zeitwinkel can now provide personal advice to end customers.
Already in 2012, Zeitwinkel established its presence in Japan. The strong interest of Japanese customers in Zeitwinkel timepieces is reflected in the continuously growing number of authorized concessionaires and has led to the opening of a dedicated Zeitwinkel service center. In the beginning of 2014, the Swiss brand has created its first separate Japanese language web site to complement its social media presence and press contacts. Zeitwinkel founder Peter Nikolaus: “For 2014, we again expect significant growth in Japan together with our successful Japanese Zeitwinkel network partners. We will therefore continue to invest in our customer communication and will present some of the upcoming new models first in Japan.”
By expanding its network of authorized concessionaires in 2014, Zeitwinkel adds to the existing possibility of purchasing directly from the manufacturer or via the Zeitwinkel e-boutique.
