Stefan Will, alias ducaticorse21 applies for private insolvency
The evident damage which Bruehl-based Stefan Will (alias ducaticorse21) has caused is considerable! Within the scope of his private insolvency, Stefan Will is facing demands from trustees to the sum of 66,894.53 euros, according to court figures. The actual damage might be still higher, because in this sum, only the demands announced by the trustees have been taken into consideration.
That's bitter for the trustees, and all of the creditors: Stefan Will no longer has a cent to his name. The injured parties will most likely have to sit on those debts for a while to come. The only thing we can hope for is that Stefan Will's fraudulent activities have criminal consequences for him.
The court process will take place before the eyes of all of the trustees and creditors at the District Court in Cologne, in the Luxemburger Str. 101 in Room number 1212, case number 75 IK 543/07.
