(06/2010) At first glance, it is an enticing offer: a new TAG Heuer Calibre S Regatta at a price of 1666,88 Euros including shipping costs in the online shop of 1-2-3.tv. If you order the watch , you must pay in advance if you are ordering for the first time. In the case of the order on hand of a customer, a period of tense waiting started first after the confirmation of the payment receipt. It took 9 days to receive the watch. Since February 19th, 2003, Peter Teuber was active with this account on Ebay as „certified member“. Only speculations can be made about the backgrounds that caused Ebay to close the account. (more…)

Damage caused by Ebay-provider Webauktion24 is increasing
(03/2010) The account of Webauktion24 GmbH is still not blocked by Ebay, even if the number of negative ratings is exploding. At least, no new watches are being offered. According to our information however, there was much more damage caused than originally expected. More than 50 negative ratings in the last 4 weeks make us expect the worst. The insolvency of Webauktion24 GmbH may develop into one of the greatest for Ebay in the branch of watches. (more…)

(02/2010) According to own statements, Peter Teuber only used services of the insolvent Ebay-Top-Seller Webauktion24 GmbH as a customer. So he explains that Webauktion24 GmbH auctioned commission goods supplied by him for a few months, and he thus was damaged himself. Here, it should be said that commission goods are not valuable goods in the framework of an insolvency, and every supplier receives his property back. The actual damage thus is probably limited for the „victim“ Peter Teuber. (more…)

Comparing the internet appearances of the insolvent auction house Webauktion24 GmbH webauktion24.com and watchbroker24.eu by Peter Teuber you will not believe your eyes. The pages are nearly alike like twins. It seems as if the business model was adapted under a new name. But are the offered watches also identical? On Ebay, Mr Teuber offers watches as member „watch-broker-24“. Next to luxury watch brands like Baume & Mercier, Chopard, IWC, Maurice Lacroix, OMEGA, Rolex and Ulysee Nardin, cheap China watches are also available. (more…)

Webauktion24 is insolvent!
(02/2010) It is over! The end of January 2010 the Ebay-Powerseller Webauktion24 GmbH with residence in the Rahlstedter Straße 92 in 22149 Hamburg had to register insolvency. At the time, the company had more than 26.000 ratings on Ebay. Currently, no more auctions and offers are listed on Ebay. But now, negative ratings are piling up. It is to be assumed that again – like in the case Topseconds – hundreds of customers will wait in vain for their goods resp. money. Especially as Webauktion24 GmbH also auctioned off higher valued watches. (more…)

The advertisement shows a .com-domain, on which forged watches of the brands Bell & Ross, Breitling, Cartier, Chanel, Corum, Franck Muller, IWC, Jakob & Co, Montblanc, Omega, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Tag Heuer and Vacheron Constantin are offered.
